Under NO circumstances should you have went ANYWHERE with the Russian. Clearly, he could see you had driven your OWN vehicle to meet him, why not drive your OWN vehicle to follow him to look at the vehicle.

God did not give us a spirit of fear, but he does discern when situations (and people) aren't right or have immoral motives. I for one, am glad you are still here and you are truly blessed! Give God the glory and try and distigush between "fear" and the Holy Spirit warning you to RUN!!!!Sistahs After God's Hearthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12828334664175476723noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16515444.post-85956813428493257032010-04-05T19:58:34.913-05:002010-04-05T19:58:34.913-05:00So um, a lot of people anonymously think I'm c...So um, a lot of people anonymously think I'm crazy. Just want to let folks know that you don't have to worry about attaching your name to the crazy comments. I don't mind your opinion. And you shouldn't be ashamed of it. If you're ashamed of it, don't write it.

And Jw, no. They were two separate events. Aren't these both for the same car? If so, let me restate the sequence of events to reflect the way I see it. You go to look for a car and are directed to a more unfamiliar and remote location. You are then taken to an area with no easy exit. Before the main guy can show up, you get unnaturally frightened and bug out. Then Saturday, the main guy tries to get you to go somewhere less familiar and before he can show up you get unnaturally frightened and bug out. I think this is really uncharacteristic for you and both events happened before one particular person showed up. There are lots of things we should fear. God has not given us a timid spirit that causes us to live constantly in fear, but boldness and courage to help those we love and wisdom to choose the best path. Sometimes wisdom says flee for your life. :)Mountainbuildershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16595215405525221163noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16515444.post-72021543502282840962010-04-04T21:05:21.046-05:002010-04-04T21:05:21.046-05:00Perhaps I didn't state myself clearly. I completely agree with your assessment that God was telling me to go with the fear.

It was the second time when I was irrational in my fear simply because of my first experience. That's what I rebel against.Flyawaynethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04256526531230045440noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16515444.post-28365046061636426332010-04-04T21:01:18.290-05:002010-04-04T21:01:18.290-05:00um...can I just say you're freaking nuts? Whe...um...can I just say you're freaking nuts? When it says God has not given us a spirit of fear that does not mean we are never to be afraid. If you are in the middle of nowhere and find yourself surrounded by rattlesnakes you should be afraid. If you're meeting a total stranger and they take you to a remote location with no easy exit and you get a strong feeling that you might be in danger MAYBE IT'S GOD TRYING TO GET YOUR ATTENTION THAT YOU NEED TO GET OUT!!! God didn't give you a spirit of fear, but he didn't take your sense away. God gave you fear for a reason. And maybe in this case He gave you fear for a very good reason.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
